Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable, resilient, and secure cloud platforms.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices, automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ruby).
- Knowledge of container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes) and their managed counterparts (e.g., EKS, AKS, GKE).
- Understanding of cloud services, architecture, and best practices in one or more major public cloud providers (AWS, GCP).
- Strong experience with version control systems, DevSecOps Principles and Security Integration in CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in JFrog Artifactory for artifact management.
- Expertise in SonarQube for code quality and static analysis.
- Demonstrated experience delivering cloud migration, optimisation, or transformation projects.
- Proven track record of engaging with clients, understanding their requirements, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and drive consensus.
- Commitment to staying abreast of industry trends, participating in professional development activities, and obtaining relevant certifications.
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Integrate SonarQube for code quality analysis and enforce quality gates.
- Manage JFrog Artifactory for artifact storage, versioning, and dependency management.
- Ensure pipelines support multi-environment deployments (development, staging, production).
- Automate build, test, and deployment workflows for microservices and containerized applications.
- Embed security and compliance checks into pipelines (DevSecOps).
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for pipeline and environment provisioning using Terraform or AWS CDK.
- Define and enforce coding standards and quality gates through SonarQube.
- Manage artifact lifecycle and repository governance in Artifactory.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Optimize pipeline performance and reduce build/deployment times.
- Implement monitoring and alerting for pipeline health and failures.
- Drive improvements in release management and rollback strategies.
- Work closely with development teams to standardize CI/CD practices.
- Provide documentation and training on GitHub Actions, SonarQube, and Artifactory usage.
- Act as a subject matter expert for automation and delivery processes.
Description
