- Compiling and sharing reports with Delivery Leads for larger projects
- Managing live tickets and incidents
- Planning monthly work allocation
- Supporting with DTX and AVFs
- Running team retrospectives
- Holding sessions with engineers to explore improvements
- Managing monthly LSMs
- Conducting weekly live meetings with Service Delivery Managers to align release and monthly live service maintenance in the delivery plan
