Must:
We are looking for candidates with strong technical competence in Scala and Play. You should have experience in unit testing and integration testing. Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure is desirable, as well as an understanding of application security principles, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
Responsibilities
As a Scala Play developer in our dynamic team, you will be responsible for building user-centric digital services for our public sector clients. You will collaborate with fellow specialists from development and other disciplines in a mature Agile environment. Your work will involve delivering high-performance cloud platforms using emerging languages and technologies. You will be part of self-empowered, multi-disciplined teams, giving you the freedom to shape the way you work according to the latest industry practices, tools, and technologies.
Description
By working with us, you will be part of a supportive environment where you will always have access to communities spread over multiple sites, providing opportunities to share and discuss ideas. Your team will have autonomy, meaning if you wish to implement changes, you will have the power to do so. This role is available for a minimum of 40% in-office/hybrid working, based in Worthing or Telford, for a duration of 6 months. The pay for this position is £616 per day.
