Requirements
Must:
- Proven history of successfully managing Salesforce and business change initiatives.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Implementations, specifically Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Extensive project management experience across a wide range of sectors.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with governance and project reporting.
- Ability to develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Proven end-to-end project delivery capability.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, coordinating with business stakeholders, IT teams, third-party suppliers, and clients.
- Ability to secure project buy-in and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in producing core project documentation such as PIDs, status reports, change notes, Business Cases, BRS, and test plans.
Responsibilities
- Shape and drive the implementation of Salesforce into a complex environment.
- Lead project management efforts, including estimates, project/technical plans, budgets, risks, scope, and change control.
- Manage relationships with third-party providers.
- Identify, track, and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID) throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure smooth delivery through effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
- Produce and maintain relevant project documentation as needed.
