Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as an IT Systems Trainer, preferably with Salesforce
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and learning theories
- Ability to develop structured learning plans and training materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Willingness and ability to travel across the UK
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality training solutions tailored to the needs of end users
- Develop and implement structured learning plans for Salesforce systems
- Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and external developers to define training standards
- Ensure consistency across all learning materials
- Contribute to training needs analysis and e-learning development
