- Strong knowledge of Salesforce systems, including Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Excellent instructional design skills and the ability to create engaging training materials
- Passion for delivering business change and high-quality training solutions
- Experience in conducting training needs analysis and assessments
- Ability to work collaboratively with project managers and stakeholders
- Willingness to travel across the UK
- Experience in IT programmes is a plus, especially in a technical role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement structured learning plans tailored to end-user needs
- Deliver high-quality Salesforce training solutions to diverse user groups
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define training standards
- Act as a Salesforce subject-matter expert, contributing to training needs analysis
- Create e-learning content and training assessments
- Ensure consistency across all training materials
- Engage in ongoing business change initiatives related to Salesforce systems
