Salesforce Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst who possesses a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem. Ideally, you have worked on several Salesforce projects in a complex and fast-paced environment with multiple teams and vendors. You should have the ability to visualize and document solution approaches in collaboration with Solution Architects to achieve the best outcomes for both the business and the project team. Strong interpersonal skills and maturity in engaging with key business stakeholders and project team members are essential. Experience conducting requirements gathering sessions, Show & Tells (sprint demos), and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is important. We value strong communication skills and an empathetic approach when interacting with team members. Additionally, having some exposure to processes in the financial services industry, preferably in the B2B space (Sales, Service & Marketing), is a plus. Familiarity with projects that follow the Scrum/Agile framework and with various project tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Visio is beneficial.
