SailPoint Engineer, IAM

In this role, I will depend on you to design, configure, and maintain our SailPoint IdentityNow and IdentityIQ solutions across both cloud and on-premises environments. You will implement and optimize least-privilege access policies, automated role management, and real-time access monitoring. It will be your responsibility to manage and govern access for non-employees, privileged users, and machine identities. You'll automate onboarding and offboarding processes through identity recruitment workflows and integrate SailPoint with HR systems, Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, ServiceNow, and other key platforms. Building and customizing access certifications, policy enforcement, and risk-based access controls will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will develop and maintain audit-ready compliance reports (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI, CCPA, FISMA, etc.), and collaborate with DevSecOps and Security Engineering to detect and respond to access-related threats.
