Requirements
Must:
- 5-10 years Delivery experience in Agile delivery frameworks and large-scale transformation programmes
- Experience building and leading teams within large, complex organisations
- Experience working with System Integrator partners in structured delivery environments
- Strong stakeholder management across Finance, D&T, and delivery partners
- Ability to work closely with end users to ensure optimal deployment and adoption
- Willingness to proactively drive progress across functional and team boundaries
- Open-minded with a desire to explore innovative solutions
- Good organization skills with a focused approach to project activity
- Ability to understand operational data, metrics, and performance measures
- Proficient in Jira and related tools to drive team progress
- Strategic problem-solver adept at challenging assumptions and driving quality improvements
- Outstanding partner manager capable of engaging with all levels, including executive leadership and finance personnel
- Exposure to or familiarity with SAP Retail concepts (Desirable)
- Experience with various Agile delivery frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) (Desirable)
- Understanding of Retail industry operations and master data structures (Desirable)
- Experience in the retail sector (Desirable)
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of integrations to support the migration of Finance capabilities to S/4HANA
- Enable the decoupling of non-Finance capabilities to other systems
- Ensure clarity and alignment of the end-to-end architecture and solution of new or amended integrations
- Track and lead Product/Program execution progress to ensure planned outcomes
- Develop roadmaps and objectives with Product Manager(s) and engineering teams
- Manage technical development and release strategy, acting as the point of escalation for key risks
- Drive proactive dependency management between Product functions to deliver integrated solutions
- Implement quality assurance and continuous improvement processes to minimize program risks
- Foresee potential risks and issues, facilitating discussions and addressing partner concerns
- Manage technology budget and drive value for money efficiently
- Support DevOps adoption and collaborate with Engineering and Product for operational success
- Build trusted relationships and effectively manage contractual obligations with vendors
- Evaluate industry, technology, and delivery trends to drive internal improvements
- Manage complex multi-team dependencies to deliver planned outcomes
