Requirements
Must:
- Candidates must hold active SC clearance or be eligible and willing to undergo the relevant checks.
- Over 10 years of experience in a production IT environment, managing enterprise IT infrastructure, hardware, hosting services, and network areas.
- Proven track record in designing, constructing, and managing Red Hat Enterprise Linux versions 8, 9, and 10.
- Demonstrated success in managing Red Hat Satellite and Ansible Automation Platform.
- Experienced in managing VMware solutions.
- Proven leadership in guiding a small team of Red Hat subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Strong understanding of network protocols and topologies.
- Extensive customer-facing experience in an IT service role.
- Ability to write and review architectural design documents.
- Knowledge of industry trends and new technologies, with the ability to apply these trends to architectural needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments.
- Manage and implement Red Hat Satellite and Ansible Automation Platform.
- Oversee VMware solutions and ensure optimal performance.
- Lead and mentor a small team of Red Hat SMEs.
- Collaborate in a highly productive small to medium-sized team within an ITIL/DevSecOps-based support environment.
- Ensure high levels of availability for business-critical real-time systems through proactive measures.
- Produce technical reports and documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
