Must:
We are looking for candidates who have demonstrable experience with prompt writing and LLM fine-tuning. You should be skilled in writing effective test cases for validation and performance checks. Basic data analysis capabilities are essential, along with proficiency in tools such as SQL and Excel. We value strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities, as you will be working across cross-functional teams. A proactive mindset and quick learning ability, coupled with an interest in emerging AI technologies, are also key traits we seek.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will design, test, and refine prompts to optimize LLM performance across diverse tasks and domains. You will build and maintain a library of prompt templates and reusable components. Collaborating with engineers, analysts, and business teams, you will embed prompt engineering into broader AI workflows. Additionally, you will analyze model outputs and user feedback to iteratively improve prompt accuracy, consistency, and relevance. Monitoring developments in the fields of prompt engineering, generative AI, and LLM capabilities will help you inform our internal practices. You will also contribute to documentation, internal guidelines, and knowledge-sharing initiatives related to prompt engineering.
Description
This contract position is based in London and is hybrid. We are excited to find someone who is passionate about language models, prompt design, and practical GenAI applications. By joining our team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing how large language models are utilized across various workflows, helping to drive innovation and performance through effective prompt engineering. If you have a background in information security, particularly where it intersects with AI or automation, and familiarity with evaluating model risks and ensuring secure prompt design, we would love to hear from you.
