Project Manager

- I will drive initiative deployment by managing end-to-end release readiness, deployment activities, and mitigating risks that impact scope, quality, or timeline. - I will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to deploy complex programs with minimal oversight, ensuring clear communication of program objectives, risks, and status across stakeholders. - I will define the vision and strategy for change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication and adoption across the organization. I will guide teams through transitions with clear planning and execution. - I will leverage data to identify areas of improvement, recommend solutions, and implement streamlined processes that enhance operational efficiency. - I will produce executive-ready collateral, including proposals, strategy documents, and stakeholder communication materials aligned with business goals. - I will provide guidance and direction to internal stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert and positive change agent.
