Requirements
Must:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented

- Self-motivated and proactive
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
- Clear and confident in written communication
- Interested in digital products, websites, and customer experience
- Enthusiastic about building a career in product management
- Experience with Jira or other delivery tools is beneficial but not essential
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Jira boards, backlogs, and workflows
- Support sprint ceremonies and ensure tickets are structured and ready
- Document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Create and maintain user flows and process documentation
- Organize and coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions
- Support research activities and gather inputs from stakeholders
- Maintain clear and accessible product documentation
- Proactively identify ways to improve team efficiency and processes
- Provide ad-hoc support to Product Owners as required
