Product Manager - Retail

In this role, you'll lead the product development for our domain team, focusing on building transformational capabilities to be utilized across the entire business. You will demonstrate a solid understanding of the software development process and the full technology stack, ensuring that your product effectively interacts with other teams. Collaboration is key, so you will work closely with the wider product team, technology delivery, and engineering. You will be accountable for prioritizing the work backlog, balancing requirements, optimizing existing features, and identifying quick wins versus pivotal initiatives. Your contributions to the quarterly prioritization process will be vital, as you help to build and refine the product roadmap, which you will communicate to wider teams and partners regularly. Additionally, you'll lead the business readiness for your features, ensuring all parties are clearly informed about releases. You will also share accountability for the operational health of your product by reporting on agreed performance metrics. Working alongside the Senior Product Manager, you will contribute to building the future Pricing vision and product strategy, as well as managing day-to-day inquiries and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
