Requirements
Must:
- 5 years+ experience in a senior architecture role.
- Experience in architecting from roadmap into blueprints and driving delivery aligned to architecture of Digital capabilities and Business Interaction Management ecosystems.
- Experience using TMF APIs and data models.
- Very strong stakeholder management experience from junior developer through to CEO.
- Experience creating roadmaps for a domain that communicates technical, commercial, and business impacts.
- Preferred: Experience of Agile planning and SAFE framework.
- Preferred: TOGAF certified.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the end-to-end architecture strategy and roadmap for the Wholesale Customer Segment.
- Drive the adoption of the strategic architecture while balancing customer value and technical debt.
- Provide proactive architecture assurance and governance.
- Guide the technical shaping and feasibility of Lean Business Cases, epics, and features.
- Collaborate with Tribe Architects to understand product needs and support the creation of relevant architecture runways and solution designs.
- Ensure the architecture meets nonfunctional requirements such as performance, security, and economics.
- Promote innovative and repeatable solution architectures and catalog reusable patterns aligned with business capabilities.
- Support the Wholesale leadership team as a key technology contact and work closely with business stakeholders.
