Requirements
Must:
- MUST HOLD MOD CLEARANCE
- Experience with PostgreSQL and Linux
- Familiarity with WebMethds, Informatica, Appworx, WebDB, and Global Scape
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage incidents and changes
- Excellent documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and third-party suppliers
- Experience with performance monitoring and application management
Responsibilities
- Provide IT operational support for Incident Management, Change Management, RITMs, and Problem Management through ServiceNow
- Collaborate with the client to update documentation utilizing the Standard Documentation process
- Report status and metrics in the client format as requested
- Manage the installation of applications in both non-production and production environments
- Coordinate with infrastructure suppliers for specific database or technology requests
- Execute process improvements, documentation, performance tuning, and strategy investigations when asked
- Track and process recurring problem tickets through Problem Management
- Report automation opportunities and facilitate execution with client approval
- Support upgrades for client Tech Stack, including CI/CD tools and PostgreSQL
- Manage material break fixes and change requests using ServiceNow
- Provide proactive incident management support from discovery to resolution
- Offer subject matter expertise and recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor performance and availability of specified applications and recommend corrective actions
- Assist in maintaining compliance with SOX and ISO requirements when necessary
- Ensure accurate CMDB/ServiceNow data management for supported application CIs
Description
We are offering a resource augmentation opportunity for work in a technical capacity within the ETS area of our client Support Account. This role entails providing primary support for Supply Chain and Digital Operations in the UK. The position is for an expected duration of 6 months and is based in any UK office in a hybrid working model.
