Must:
We are seeking candidates with strong experience in SQL schema application and management. You should have knowledge of VME, WebLogic, Tuxedo, Windows, and SQL databases. The ability to solve problems related to VME, WebLogic, and HostTalk environments is essential. Familiarity with deploying handovers and performing upgrades, as well as the ability to rebuild WebLogic domains, is required. Strong organizational skills for managing different versions of HostTalk and GovRules, along with experience in Unix/WebLogic housekeeping, are also necessary.
Responsibilities
As a Platform Engineer, you will apply SQL schemas and packages across various environments, including 30 CESA VME STU, 40 CRS, and 20 SLP WebLogic environments. You will manage and deploy SQL schemas, with a particular focus on VME schemas. Additionally, you will create and manage handovers for VME, WebLogic, and HostTalk environments, perform upgrades and maintenance for development and testing environments, and rebuild WebLogic domains while editing properties files as needed. You will also deploy HostTalk MSI handovers and manage different versions for various projects, perform housekeeping tasks for Unix/WebLogic environments, and raise RFCs with Fujitsu for filesystem issues.
