Requirements
Must:
- Experience in HR reporting, especially with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
- Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures.
- Ability to create complex dashboards, data visualizations, and parameterized reports.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling within Oracle environments.
- Experience with HR letter generation using Oracle templates or BI Publisher.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
As an Oracle HCM Consultant - HR Reporting Specialist, I will leverage my hands-on experience to design and deploy interactive dashboards, custom reports, and automated HR letters that support our business operations and strategic decision-making.
