Requirements
Must:
- Significant experience and understanding of the Oracle Platform, specifically all the HCM modules.
- Experience in supporting Core HR, Absence Management, Performance Management, and Helpdesk modules.
- Experience with Oracle functionalities including the implementation, development, and maintenance of journeys and Oracle Guided Learning.
- Proficiency with Oracle Analytics Tools to build reports: OTBI, Dashboards, and Infolets.
- Strong skills in Excel and SQL.
- Experience with BI Publisher.
- Demonstrable problem-solving and analytical skills.
- An approachable style with a passion for continuously improving systems.
- Experience with Oracle guided learning.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR, IT teams, and Business Stakeholders to understand and address user needs and requirements.
- Develop and maintain reports.
- Develop and maintain approval workflows within Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
- Assist in the implementation and integration of new features and functionalities.
- Document and communicate system changes and updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and relevant documentation relating to all technology support processes.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of reporting solutions, troubleshoot issues, and resolve data extraction problems.
- Provide functional and technical support across Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, Absence Management, and Performance Management).
- Support, maintain, and exploit the software platform, ensuring necessary bug fixes, enhancements, and upgrades are fit for purpose and meet business requirements, and that applications are efficient and effective.
- Create and manage system administration processes and procedures, including program scheduling.
Description
We are excited to offer a temporary opportunity for an Oracle HCM Analyst to join our team for a duration of 4-6 months in a hybrid working environment in London. This role is inside IR35 and will only accommodate umbrella contracts. We look forward to welcoming a skilled professional who will contribute to the development and maintenance of Oracle Fusion HCM while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance our systems and processes.
