Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience of data migration into Oracle Cloud payroll module including calculation cards, element entries, payroll balances
- Experienced in use of Oracle HCM Data Loader
- Skills in data transformation techniques and tools including using transformation databases and code
- Experience of Oracle databases and SQL / PL/SQL
- Client facing consultant with experience of running client workshops and gathering data migration requirements and mapping rules
- Ability to resolve data loading issues, being able to follow the error trail, use Oracle system capabilities to isolate and resolve issues
Responsibilities
- Lead the data migration process into Oracle Cloud payroll module
- Manage element entries and ensure accurate payroll balances
- Utilize Oracle HCM Data Loader for effective data handling
- Implement data transformation techniques and tools for optimal results
- Conduct client workshops to gather data migration requirements and mapping rules
- Troubleshoot and resolve data loading issues using Oracle capabilities
