OT Engineer - PowerOn

As an Operational Technology (OT) Engineer/SME, you will be responsible for: - Continually improving the performance of our business-critical Operational Applications, focusing on monitoring and managing operational systems to minimize customer service disruptions. - Serving as the Design Authority for the development of OT infrastructure, authorizing changes in collaboration with application suppliers, SSE IT, Neos Networks, and SSE customers. - Approving the completion of Operational Acceptance Testing for OT Applications infrastructure, ensuring proper handover into support and making crucial go/no-go decisions. - Developing RTS Technical Engineers by providing a conducive environment for them to gain the necessary technical and application knowledge, thus ensuring robust support and project engineering services for our Operational Applications. - Maintaining and continuously developing your technical and procedural expertise to set standards; this includes staying updated on the Platinum, Gold, and Silver level OT Applications and contributing to relevant technical forums and documentation processes. - Mentoring RTS Technical Engineers and collaborating with internal and external service providers to investigate and resolve significant Operational Application issues in compliance with existing Service Level Agreements. ###
