Must:

- Knowledge of IT networks, security, and identity domains
- Strong understanding of programme governance, compliance, and regulatory standards
- Ability to maintain integrated programme plans and manage critical paths
- Experience in managing senior stakeholders and ensuring effective communication
- Proficiency in programme financial management including budget setting and tracking
- Skills in risk identification and management with a focus on proactive mitigation
- Familiarity with IT delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional delivery teams effectively
- Strong commercial acumen in managing supplier performance and contracts
- Analytical skills to interpret complex information and drive data-driven decisions
- Experience in aligning technology delivery with business change initiatives
Responsibilities
- Deliver complex IT programmes ensuring scope, timelines, and outcomes align with organizational priorities
- Establish and maintain programme governance and decision-making forums
- Maintain an integrated programme plan for OCI transition and app migration
- Orchestrate cross-functional workshops with internal teams and external suppliers
- Manage senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity of priorities and timely escalation of issues
- Oversee financial management of the programme including tracking and managing contracts
- Identify and manage risks and issues to ensure programme stability
- Embed appropriate IT delivery methodologies to enhance team effectiveness
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams towards achieving milestones
- Drive supplier performance and manage SLAs to secure value for money
- Analyze complex information landscapes to inform decision-making
- Engage with the business change team to ensure positive outcomes for end users
