Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of network security product strategy and vision aligned with Zero Trust principles and organizational governance frameworks
- Expertise in design and build of secure, fault-tolerant enterprise-class distributed network security systems
- Hands-on experience with Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Network Access Control (NAC), Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), IDS/IPS, and SIEM integration
- In-depth knowledge of network security technology fundamentals including Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA), Software-Defined Perimeter (SDP), and policy-based access control
- Experience in security policy modeling and documentation aligned with industry standards (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls)
- Familiarity with DevSecOps tooling, GitOps for security-as-code, and CI/CD pipelines for security policy deployment
- Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory controls (NIST Cybersecurity Framework, PCI-DSS, SOC 2)
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, particularly with Jira/Confluence and managing security backlogs
Responsibilities
- Define, document, and communicate a clear network security product vision to stakeholders
- Manage the network security product backlog and prioritize based on risk assessment and business value
- Collaborate with security operations, infrastructure, and compliance teams to ensure successful implementation of security solutions
- Design and build secure network security systems ensuring successful adoption across various domains
- Document end-to-end security workflows and security architecture diagrams aligned with industry standards
- Implement and oversee compliance with regulatory frameworks and standards for enterprise security
- Utilize Agile methodologies to manage workflow and reporting metrics related to security operations
