Must:
We require candidates to possess an Active DV Clearance. You should have expert knowledge of Juniper technologies along with proven technical experience in enterprise network administration. A strong understanding of IT infrastructure and security best practices is essential, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, a strong analytical and problem-solving ability is a must. It is desirable for candidates to have Network Security qualifications, CCNP or JNCIS-SP/JNCIP-SP certifications. Familiarity with supporting Windows, Mac, Office 365, iPhones, and printers is also advantageous.
Responsibilities
In this role as a Network Engineer - Juniper, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining medium to large enterprise networks. You will configure and support LAN/WAN/VLAN, TCP/IP, UDP, Wi-Fi, and firewalls, while contributing to network design and installation projects. Troubleshooting and resolving network and hardware issues will be key, where you will perform root cause analysis. Additionally, you will configure firewalls, including traffic flow, dynamic routing, and log analysis, and work with routers, switches, load balancers, and other core devices. An important part of your role will also be to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
