Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years as a Product Owner/Business Analyst in network/security domains
- Excellent story writing and backlog hygiene skills
- Comfortable with configuration/policy artifacts (firewall baselines, ISE/NAC policy, DDI plans, proxy/ZTNA, SIEM rules)
- ITIL change fluency
- Experience with ServiceNow request/change models
- Preferred certifications: PSPO / CSPO, ITIL 4 Foundation, vendor fundamentals in one or more stacks (Cisco/Zscaler/Fortinet/Splunk/Infoblox/Forescout)
Responsibilities
- Own a component area within the pod, refining epics into stories with clear acceptance tests
- Manage dependencies and keep delivery flow unblocked
- Translate risk/controls and design artifacts into user stories
- Define Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD)
- Orchestrate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Maintain a cross-tower dependency map and negotiate sequencing
- Co-create standard change models and evidence packs with Tech Leads
- Ensure Post Implementation Review (PIR) actions feed the backlog
- Visualize progress and value through reporting and maintain a feedback loop with the Key Product Owner
Description
We are looking for a Network Component Product Owner to join our team in a hybrid role based in Knutsford, working 3 days onsite. This position will focus on owning a specific component area within our pod, driving the delivery of network and security solutions.
