Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years in IT Service Management (Incident, Problem, Change, Vendor Management)
- Mandatory: CCNA certification
- Preferred: CCNP (certified or trained)
- Required: FSCP certified (Forescout)
- Hands-on experience with Forescout and Cisco technologies
- Deep knowledge of network security, threat detection, and risk mitigation
- Troubleshooting experience with Cisco and other OEM network devices
- Experience with tools like Splunk, Cisco ISE, ServiceNow, and Jira
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes
- Ability in deep troubleshooting, remediation, and cross-tool analysis
Responsibilities
- Resolve NAC-related incidents and requests at L2.5 level
- Perform deep troubleshooting and cross-tool analysis
- Support change, incident, and problem management activities
- Assist with NAC policy enforcement using Forescout
- Monitor and troubleshoot using various network/security tools
- Support weekend deployments when required
Description
We are seeking a NAC Resolver to join our team on a contract basis until 31/05/2027. This position is based in Knutsford with a hybrid work schedule of three days per week onsite. We offer a competitive rate of up to £424.12 per day Umbrella inside IR35. Our team is dedicated to supporting network access control operations and ensuring a high level of service.
