Requirements
Must:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, including Intune, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
- Experience of modern management concepts such as Autopilot, configuration profiles, compliance rules, and device lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of security features such as Conditional Access, MFA, Defender for Endpoint, and identity protection.
- Experience working in an MSP or multi-tenant environment (highly desirable).
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across identity, devices, applications, and cloud services.
- Clear communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (MD-102, MS-102, AZ-900, MS-700) are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert-level support, administration, and engineering across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Deploy, configure, and optimise Microsoft Intune for device management, compliance, application deployment, and security baselines.
- Support and contribute to the rollout of Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access policies, identity governance, and Zero Trust principles.
- Administer and enhance Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and related collaboration services.
- Participate in Modern Workplace project delivery—migrations, onboarding, tenant optimisation, and automation workstreams.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
- Work closely with clients to understand issues, provide guidance, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Troubleshoot complex M365 and endpoint issues to resolution within SLA.
- Proactively identify improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices within deployments and ongoing services.
