Requirements
Must:
- You must hold a valid SC clearance.
Responsibilities
- I will assist with the initial setup of the migration clinic.
- I will safely move and manage a large number of devices from storage to the refresh clinic, following instructions from the onsite team.
- I will log in to necessary systems on provided devices as directed by project leads.
- I will support the process of refreshing laptops for end-users.
- I will update the workflow management system accurately and at each required step.
- I will work closely with the Post-Migration Technical Support Specialist and Site Manager, seeking guidance as needed.
- I will assist with daily manual stock checks and report my findings.
- I will ensure all devices are securely stored at the end of each day.
