Requirements
Must:
- Experience as a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies
- Familiarity with Azure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining hybrid-cloud environments
- Knowledge of Citrix and Enterprise SQL
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- ITIL Foundation or related certification (preferred)
- Microsoft MCP or MCSA (not essential)
- Degree in IT or related discipline (not essential)
Responsibilities
- Support a major UK-wide Microsoft infrastructure
- Take ownership of priority incidents (P1/P2)
- Resolve complex technical issues across 2nd and 3rd Line support
- Monitor and maintain hybrid-cloud environments
- Ensure consistent operations across stores, distribution sites, and cloud platforms
- Manage and maintain physical and virtual server estates
- Provide operational infrastructure support for EUC environments
- Collaborate with a specialist team on large-scale systems
