Requirements
Must:
- Confident 2nd Line or EUC Engineer
- Experience in 2nd and 3rd Line support
- Familiarity with Azure infrastructure and hybrid-cloud environments
- Proficient in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and remote access solutions
- Knowledge of Citrix and Enterprise SQL
- Experience in MoveIT Automation & FTP and monitoring systems
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or ITIL Foundation (not essential)
- Degree in IT or related discipline (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Support a major UK-wide Microsoft infrastructure for a leading retail brand
- Operate across both 2nd and 3rd Line levels
- Take ownership of priority incidents (P1/P2) and resolve complex technical issues
- Monitor and maintain hybrid-cloud environments
- Ensure consistent operations across stores, distribution sites, and cloud platforms
- Manage and maintain physical and virtual server estates
- Provide operational infrastructure support with EUC tools
