Requirements
Must:
- Must have an active DV Clearance or an SC Clearance (we will sponsor you to attain your DV).
- Expertise in Microsoft products such as Skype for Business, Exchange, and SharePoint.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies including Office 365.
- Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Understanding of security and compliance best practices.
Responsibilities
- I will install, configure, and deploy Microsoft servers, clients, and infrastructure in on-premises environments.
- I will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Microsoft products, including Skype, Exchange, and SharePoint.
- I will support the deployment of security measures, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- I will produce and maintain documentation while transferring knowledge to other support staff.
- I will collaborate with support teams, resolver groups, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure ongoing success across Microsoft environments.
