Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of market risk metrics, including VaR, sensitivities (Greeks), and Expected Shortfall.
- Experience in supporting the implementation of risk systems and regulatory frameworks, such as FRTB.
- Ability to gather and document business requirements effectively.
- Proficiency in collaborating with IT and data teams to ensure data integrity and model accuracy.
- Experience in conducting gap analysis and proposing process improvement solutions.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders across trading, risk, compliance, and finance functions.
Responsibilities
- I will gather and document business requirements for market risk initiatives.
- I will support the implementation of risk systems, including FRTB and other regulatory frameworks.
- I will analyze and interpret market risk metrics, ensuring comprehensive understanding and reporting.
- I will collaborate with IT and data teams to maintain data integrity and model accuracy.
- I will contribute to the development of RWA reporting tools and dashboards for senior management and regulators.
- I will identify and resolve data quality issues affecting RWA calculations.
Description
This role is based in London and is expected to last until December 31, 2025. We offer a competitive rate of £300 per day, paid via PAYE through an Umbrella Company.
