Requirements
Must:
- Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
- A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and administering security solutions, ideally MDE/MDO/MCAS/MDI/M365 Defender in large organizations of more than 1,000 managed devices/users.
- A two-year degree or equivalent work experience and preferably 3 years of Customer Support and/or security experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with corporate customers and understand the Onboarding process.
- Strong customer service skills and proven ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations involving critical customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- I will execute, manage, and lead a set of Microsoft Defender customers and partners through the Onboarding technical process.
- I will maintain a strong working knowledge of the service, taking ownership for its improvement.
- I will manage customer and partner Onboarding programs within expected timeframes while driving effectiveness and reducing costs.
- Sharing knowledge with others through solution documents, contributing to social media, and engaging in technical communities will be part of my role.
- I will identify and drive technical improvements to enhance the quality of services provided.
- Training and mentoring will be my responsibility to drive development.
- Monitoring and enhancing the technical performance of the team in product knowledge, customer satisfaction, and technical development will be key aspects of my role.
