Requirements

Must:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, with the confidence to train and support end users. - Experience delivering training, coaching, or end-user support in a business environment. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technology in a clear, simple, and engaging way. - Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across different levels of the organization. - Experience supporting change initiatives or technology adoption is desirable.

Responsibilities

- Deliver 1:1 and group-based training sessions to colleagues on Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. - Act as a subject-matter expert for end-user usage of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools. - Support and encourage the adoption of modern, collaborative ways of working. - Support the wider Business Change activities, working closely with the Business Change Lead. - Lead or support live demonstrations. - Act as a visible and approachable point of contact for colleagues during key change activities. - Provide hands-on support to colleagues, answering questions and resolving common usage issues. - Act as a key contact during periods of increased change or system adoption. - Liaise with technical teams to help investigate, escalate, and resolve user issues where required. - Develop, maintain, and evolve training and adoption materials, including user guides, FAQs, how-to articles, and quick reference materials. - Keep the project or information site up to date with relevant guidance and learning resources.
