Responsibilities
- Prepare and support IT operations solutions and services, both physical and virtual.
- Follow industry and organisational best practices, standards, service requirements, and KPIs throughout the product life cycle.
- Create and maintain relevant documentation.
- Perform all routine tasks according to established processes and checklists.
- Monitor infrastructure and application services.
- Alert and take appropriate action as necessary.
Description
We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer for a contract position with a competitive daily rate. This role will primarily be remote, but flexibility to travel to London, Manchester, and Leicester when required is essential. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our IT operations through best practices and effective management.
