Requirements
Must:
- Proven background in IT transformations across CRM/ERP programmes
- Experience in designing and developing blended learning solutions, including e-learning modules and classroom training
- Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with senior executives and IT specialists
- Ability to track KPIs and gather feedback to evaluate training effectiveness
- Experience managing internal training staff and resources
- Willingness to travel within the UK and flexibility in location around London or West Midlands
Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, and execute learning and development strategies for digital technologies and business processes
- Build internal capability on CRM/ERP programmes by leveraging success stories
- Design and oversee the creation of various training solutions, including workshops and support materials
- Act as a key driver for user adoption and manage resistance during transitions
- Collaborate with senior executives and department heads to align training initiatives with business goals
- Track KPIs and gather feedback to measure the impact of training programs
