Requirements
Must:
- Must be SC Clearable (or willing to undergo clearance).
- Strong IT hardware knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing tickets and stock.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must live within 20 miles of Helston TR12.
Responsibilities
- Handle and update tickets assigned to your Hub and surrounding spokes, ensuring service levels are maintained as per contract.
- Manage Hub stock, scanning kit in and out of locations, while maintaining accurate asset records.
- Oversee and process disposals through the Hub in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Triage and repair in-warranty hardware, liaising with vendors for parts and returns.
- Ensure lockers are replenished as required.
- Identify potential issues and suggest improvements to the Team Leader.
- Follow all agreed processes and procedures from the Authority.
