Must:
- Active SC Clearance
- Experience in desktop support / IT support / EUC
- Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process
Responsibilities
- Managing and updating support tickets in line with SLAs
- Handling hardware triage and break/fix for in-warranty devices
- Managing IT stock and asset tracking (scan in/out, lifecycle)
- Supporting device deployments and locker replenishment
- Coordinating with vendors for parts and returns
- Ensuring processes are followed within a secure, regulated environment
Description
We are seeking a SC Cleared IT Support/Desktop Engineer to join our team in Carterton. This role offers a long-term contract within a secure government environment, providing a fantastic opportunity for entry or continuation within defence IT, especially with MOD exposure.
