IT Support 2nd Line (SC Cleared)

- I need someone who can quickly learn and support basic Desktop and Laptop hardware and software in a Windows 10/11 environment, particularly with HP, Dell, and Lenovo products. - Familiarity with Mac OS and knowledge of both desktop and MacBook systems is essential. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Office 365 and Teams, is required. - Experience with Apple, Android, and other mobile devices is important. - I expect an understanding of wireless connectivity and fault diagnostics. - You should be comfortable with floor walking and able to handle technical queries in a walk-up Tech Bar environment. - Navigating the operating system to find and recreate desktop shortcuts must be within your skill set. - You should have the ability to add printers and map network connections. - Following scripts to build and configure laptops and desktops is also necessary. - Experience with moves, changes, and workstation setup is expected. - Knowledge of server technology, including datacenters with HP Proliant G8-G10, Dell servers, and Lenovo blades, is required. Familiarity with backups, tape libraries, storage, configuration, and hardware will be beneficial. - Cisco knowledge is preferred. - Excellent customer service skills are essential.
