- Knowledge of OpenShift, Kubernetes, and container security best practices.
- Expertise in identity and key management, encryption standards, and PKI.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are preferred.

Responsibilities
- Enforce our banks security standards and regulatory compliance across all project deliverables.
- Review and approve security designs for OpenShift clusters and supporting infrastructure.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks associated with migration activities.
- Ensure adherence to our banks risk frameworks and audit requirements.
- Validate encryption, identity management, and access control implementations.
- Support security audits and provide evidence for compliance checks.
- Work closely with subject matter experts, OpenShift Architects, and Infrastructure Engineers to embed security best practices.
- Provide guidance to development and automation teams on secure coding and deployment.
- Define and implement security incident response procedures for the new environment.
- Coordinate with Site Reliability Engineering and operations teams for proactive threat detection and remediation.

We are looking for an IT Security Officer (ITSO) to ensure that all aspects of our OpenShift infrastructure migration project comply with our security policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks. In this role, you will provide governance, oversight, and technical security expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
