Requirements
Must:
- Must have been a UK resident for a minimum of 5 years.
- Strong hands-on Rubrik experience.
- Knowledge of hybrid infrastructure (on-prem and Azure).
- Experience with backup/restore processes for Azure and Office 365 using Rubrik.
- Solid troubleshooting skills and governance understanding.
- Desirable: experience with enterprise backup suites, API/automation exposure, and disaster recovery planning.
Responsibilities
- Configure, optimize, and administer Rubrik clusters.
- Ensure comprehensive backup and restore coverage for on-prem, Azure, and Office 365 workloads.
- Manage backup policies, SLAs, retention, immutability, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot backup issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide solutions.
- Support audits, disaster recovery processes, and collaborate on cross-team projects.
Description
We are looking for an experienced Rubrik Backup Engineer who is passionate about taking ownership of data protection across a hybrid environment. If youre a Rubrik specialist who enjoys end-to-end ownership and working with cloud and infrastructure teams, we would love to hear from you. The role is based in London for a duration of 3 months, with potential extensions. The day rate is between £550 and £600 (umbrella only).
