Requirements
Must:
- 2-5 years in IT Support / Desktop / Infrastructure roles
- Strong 2nd line support capability
- Experience with Windows OS & Server
- Experience with Active Directory
- Knowledge of patch management (WSUS)
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
- Experience with VMware, Citrix, RDP
- Strong customer-facing skills
- Comfortable working fully onsite
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line desktop and infrastructure support
- Deliver face-to-face support to end users, including operational staff
- Support Windows OS installation and troubleshooting
- Assist with Windows Server environments (2008-2016)
- Manage Active Directory and user administration
- Conduct WSUS and patch management
- Assist with network troubleshooting, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs
- Support VMware, RDP, and Citrix environments
- Deliver device rollouts, upgrades, and enterprise-wide deployments
- Work within a process-driven, regulated environment
