IT Administrator

In this position, I will expect you to: - Track hardware and software, update asset registers, manage deliveries and returns, and handle warranty cases. - Prepare welcome packs for new employees, coordinate account setups, maintain checklists for onboarding and offboarding, and arrange courier collections. - Raise purchase requests, liaise with suppliers, track orders, compare quotes, and manage consumables. - Maintain IT process documentation, update standard operating procedures, generate basic reports, and organize shared folders. - Organize storage and monitor stock levels, raising restock requests when necessary. - Log and chase support tickets, assist with audits, monitor IT inboxes, prepare monthly summaries, and maintain contact lists.
