IAM Transformation Programme Test Lead

- Produce test estimates, collaborating closely with the Project Manager to ensure project work is delivered on time and to quality standards. - Work alongside business analysts, scrum masters, and project managers to understand business goals and deliver testing artifacts within required timelines. - Implement, maintain, and enhance test team principles and strategies covering all aspects of the testing process. - Create project-level Automation Frameworks and ensure efficient use of test automation to minimize test cycle times while maintaining high quality. - Define and manage regression test packs, ensuring they are kept up to date. - Certify test completion for the release process. - Ensure testing enables timely delivery of development projects that meet business and end-user requirements. - Assist in identifying and resolving system issues. - Manage defects across all test phases and lead triage sessions for project-specific bugs. - Coach the test team in proper testing procedures and review techniques. - Provide regular reports to senior management on the progress of the test function. - Participate in project meetings with business and technical stakeholders to understand and deliver projects. - Ensure compliance with the defined test process and contribute to necessary improvements. - Take responsibility for keeping the test process relevant and updated. - Make key decisions relating to testing within the delivery environment. - Employ conflict management and problem resolution skills. - Foster a positive team environment as part of a large program.
