Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of commercial experience as a Full Stack Engineer
- Proficiency in modern web stack technologies, including React/Next.js and C#/.NET (ASP.NET Core)
- Experience with Azure Managed Services
- Strong understanding of REST and/or GraphQL best practices
- Familiarity with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks such as Jest, Playwright, and PACT
- Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards like ISO 27001 and GDPR
- Expertise in containerization, automation, and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker)
- Experience in developing CI/CD pipelines and utilizing modern DevOps practices
- Background in Agile/Lean methodologies, particularly SAFe
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to document architecture decisions, API specifications, and write well-commented code
Responsibilities
- Build user experiences with React, Next.js, Node.js, and/or Typescript, including server components and styled client components
- Design and implement backend components using C# and ASP.NET Core, adhering to REST and/or GraphQL best practices
- Own features end-to-end: from requirements refinement and technical design to implementation and observability
- Ensure quality by writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
- Implement authN/Z input validation and secure coding standards to build security by default
- Utilize Azure cloud services for authentication and authorization practices
- Use containerization, automation, and orchestration tools like Docker
- Develop CI/CD pipelines and engage in best practices for observability
- Participate in lean software development methodologies, including Agile and SAFe
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to team members
- Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture and coding standards
Description
