Field Engineer, IT Support Engineer

- I will have you diagnose, repair, and maintain IT hardware including PCs, laptops, printers (local and network), and peripherals. - You will support basic server, AV, telephony, and network-related tasks as required. - You will resolve operating system and application incidents in line with customer and manufacturer procedures. - I will have you execute Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC) projects to customer specifications. - You will maintain clear communication with Call Administration, Service Delivery Managers, and customer sites. - You will manage part movements efficiently, including RMA generation and returns. - You will meet or exceed defined KPIs and SLA targets. - You will ensure compliance with site-specific Fire, Security, and Health & Safety regulations. - Accurately logging all incidents and resolutions using the appropriate ITSM tools is part of your role. - Staying up to date with new technologies and maintaining relevant certifications is expected. - You may participate in the 24/7 on-call rota (where applicable) and perform overtime as required. - Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team development is part of your responsibilities. - You will maintain company assets and ensure that technical documentation is current. - Adhering to all company and customer policies and procedures is essential.
