Responsibilities
- Inspect, test, clean, and prepare IT hardware (laptops, desktops, screens, mobile devices)
- Track and manage assets accurately using our systems
- Resolve discrepancies and liaise with distribution teams
- Maintain 6S standards for a safe, organized workspace
- Support urgent investigations to meet SLAs
- Collaborate across teams to keep operations smooth and efficient
Description
We are looking for an FLS Engineer to join our team in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. This position involves managing IT hardware throughout its lifecycle, ensuring that devices are ready to perform at their best in a fast-paced environment. Our rotating shifts will provide you with flexibility, and we are committed to fostering a collaborative team culture.
