Requirements
Must:
- 4–5 years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within Private Equity, Alternative Investments, or Asset Management.
- Strong understanding of Private Equity business processes and product structures, particularly via indirect investment.
- Proven hands-on experience with eFront Invest, eFront Insight, and Investment Café, including configuration, workflow design, and data/reporting modules.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Private Equity lifecycle—deal origination, due diligence, execution, portfolio management, and exit strategies.
- Ability to draft clear business and functional specifications and translate them into system configurations or enhancement requests.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, and experience with Power BI or Tableau for reporting and analytics.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience with system migrations or eFront upgrades (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CBAP, or PMP are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Configure eFront systems and design workflows to meet business needs.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Support system migrations and upgrades as needed.
- Communicate effectively with both technical teams and business users to facilitate project success.
