Requirements
Must:
- We require proven experience delivering secure, resilient, large-scale IaaS, PaaS, and workplace solutions.
- We require strong experience creating and owning technical design artefacts, including HLDs and LLDs.
- We require the ability to problem-solve and present ideas using a range of design thinking methods.
- We require experience managing and motivating teams to deliver against plans.
- We require skills in Agile development methodologies.
- We require excellent communication skills with senior internal stakeholders and customers.
- We require active DV clearance and eligibility to go through the DV Clearance process.
- We require single UK national status.
- We require experience working in highly secure, mission-critical environments.
Responsibilities
- We will lead the technical delivery of managed service components from design through deployment and live operation.
- We will collaborate with technical leadership to improve delivery efficiency and cohesion across multiple technology areas.
- We will shape the strategic direction and roadmaps for key delivery domains.
- We will act as the technical lead, providing guidance to teams and engaging with stakeholders.
- We will ensure architecture governance, compliance, and integrity across customer environments.
- We will report to the Solution Lead and work within an agile, multi-skilled team spanning security, service, and management disciplines.
- We will lead transformative projects within a large, mission-critical environment.
Description
We are a reputable organisation seeking a DV Cleared Lead Technical Architect to join our office-based team in Basingstoke for an initial six-month contract, with the possibility of extension. This is a highly secure, mission-critical environment where we are transforming managed service capabilities across IaaS, PaaS, and Workplace services. We offer a rate of up to £850 per day via an approved umbrella company, and we are looking for someone who is ready to shape strategy, drive innovation, and help deliver real value for end users within a passionate, agile team.
