Responsibilities
- Own the management of requests for costs from the HMRC client
- Collaborate closely with the Capgemini portfolio team, development teams, and other specialists
- Ensure high-quality responses are produced in line with client deadlines
- Capture a strong audit trail of data from receipt of request to response issuance
- Assure compliance with processes and maintain appropriate quality standards
- Act as a process SME for colleagues less familiar with Demand Management processes
- Help resolve queries from team members
- Contribute to a wider MU team focused on delivering an excellent client experience
Description
We are looking for a Contract Demand Lead to join our Telford team for a 6-month contract, requiring BPSS clearance. The role operates in a busy environment with a focus on Service Level Agreements.
